Amity is a highly skilled and experienced Dermal Clinician and Cosmetic Tattooist with 20 years experience in the industry. Holding Australia’s highest awarded qualification in the industry, a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapist where she graduated with a High Distinction average, she has furthered her passion for helping people truly feel better within their own skin, and her own thirst for knowledge, by studying further at multiple different collages and universities, to now have a long list of awards and certificates under her belt, as shown below.

Launching the first full service specialised LASER and dermal clinic in Warragul in 2012, Amity has expanded the business to be the first to introduce LASER Hair Removal to Baw Baw Shire, the first to introduce Nano Fractional Radio Frequency Resurfacing to Gippsland, the first to introduce HI-EMT Muscle Shaping to Gippsland, the first to introduce HIFU to Gippsland, the First to introduce eCO2 skin ablation treatments to the region, and has many more new treatments coming soon.

Amity is also Gippsland’s specialist Cosmetic Tattoo artist, with clients travelling from across all of Victoria and from interstate to be tattooed by her. Using her in depth training and experience to create stunning eyebrows, eyeliner and lip tattooing, also specialising in the correction of tattoo’s performed elsewhere, Amity is the leader in her field.

Amity has created a beautiful full service skin clinic in Warragul, and offers a variety of specialised skin, laser and beauty services from her boutique, and loves to help her clients improve their skin conditions and feel confident again.

She has developed her very own clinical skincare line which launched in March 2018, and is currently working on more lines.

She believes that to become the best in her field, she has to learn from all the masters around the world and then fine tune her knowledge into her own masterpieces.

This year has been a tough but rewarding year, and we are grateful to have thrived and made progress throughout the pandemic.

Amity Alice is a Full member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians - and upholds an excellent standard of training, education, policies and procedures to ensure your safety and comfort while bringing the best possible treatments to Gippsland.

We have partnered with Greenfleet to offset our carbon emissions, making our salon Carbon Neutral. Greenfleet plant trees and develop new forests to sequester carbon dioxide from the environment, and help reduce the effect on our climate and environment for our wildlife.

AMITY ALICE IS COMMITTED TO BEING AS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AS POSSIBLE

Some of the ways in which we are achieving this are:

  • DIGITAL PREFERENCES: We are utilising digital technology over paper use where possible, including implementing the use of digital consent forms, sms reminders, sms and email versions of pre-care and aftercare advice post treatment, digital email newsletter and birthday vouchers. We also offer email gift vouchers.

  • I have partered with Greentfleet to offset all carbon emissions for the salon plus 2 cars worth

  • I have incorporated the use of RE-USEABLE appointment cards - this initiative was developed by myself, and now the plastic card developer is offering this service to more customers, and we are proud to be a trend setter in this field

  • I am using recyclable and re-useable gift cards as well

  • I utilise washable and re-useable cleaning equipment where possible

  • My skincare products do NOT come in boxes, as I believe that this is an unnecessary waste of paper and detrimental to the environment

  • My cosmetic tattoo aftercare kits, skin treatment package aftercare kits, and home-care facial kits all come in re-useable cosmetics toiletry bags, to eliminate the use of single use retail bags

  • I purchase from companies who also support a green way of life, and advise all my suppliers to use the minimal amount of packing as possible for our orders, which is then re-used

  • Sterile technique treatments are performed on a clinically cleaned bed with no linen, to ensure a safe treatment and limit unnecessary washing and water waste
