About Me

Amity is a highly skilled and experienced Dermal Clinician and Cosmetic Tattooist with over 21 years of expertise in the beauty and skin industry. Holding Australia’s highest awarded qualification in the field—a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies, where she graduated with a High Distinction average—Amity has furthered her passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. Her thirst for knowledge has driven her to study at multiple colleges and universities, earning an extensive list of awards and certifications.

In 2012, Amity launched the first full-service specialised LASER and dermal clinic in Warragul. Since then, she has introduced numerous cutting-edge technologies and treatments to the region, including:

  • LASER Hair Removal (first in Baw Baw Shire)

  • Nano Fractional Radio Frequency Resurfacing (first in Gippsland)

  • HI-EMT Muscle Shaping (first in Gippsland)

  • HIFU (first in Gippsland)

  • eCO2 Skin Ablation Treatments (first in the Gippsland)

Amity is also Gippsland’s specialist Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, attracting clients from across Victoria and interstate. With her in-depth training and extensive experience, she creates stunning eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip tattoos, and is highly sought after for her expertise in correcting tattoos performed elsewhere.

Amity has built a beautiful, full-service boutique skin clinic in Warragul, offering a variety of specialised skin, laser, and beauty services. Her mission is to help her clients improve their skin conditions and regain their confidence.

In March 2018, Amity launched her own clinical skincare line and is currently working on expanding her product offerings.

This year has been a tough but rewarding year, and we are grateful to have thrived and made progress throughout the pandemic.

Amity Alice is a Full member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians - and upholds an excellent standard of training, education, policies and procedures to ensure your safety and comfort while bringing the best possible treatments to Gippsland.

We have partnered with Greenfleet to offset our carbon emissions, making our salon Carbon Neutral. Greenfleet plant trees and develop new forests to sequester carbon dioxide from the environment, and help reduce the effect on our climate and environment for our wildlife.

AMITY ALICE IS COMMITTED TO BEING AS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AS POSSIBLE

Some of the ways in which we are achieving this are:

  • DIGITAL PREFERENCES: We are utilising digital technology over paper use where possible, including implementing the use of digital consent forms, sms reminders, sms and email versions of pre-care and aftercare advice post treatment, digital email newsletter and birthday vouchers. We also offer email gift vouchers.

  • I have partered with Greentfleet to offset all carbon emissions for the salon plus 2 cars worth

  • I have incorporated the use of RE-USEABLE appointment cards - this initiative was developed by myself, and now the plastic card developer is offering this service to more customers, and we are proud to be a trend setter in this field

  • I am using recyclable and re-useable gift cards as well

  • I utilise washable and re-useable cleaning equipment where possible

  • My skincare products do NOT come in boxes, as I believe that this is an unnecessary waste of paper and detrimental to the environment

  • My cosmetic tattoo aftercare kits, skin treatment package aftercare kits, and home-care facial kits all come in re-useable cosmetics toiletry bags, to eliminate the use of single use retail bags

  • I purchase from companies who also support a green way of life, and advise all my suppliers to use the minimal amount of packing as possible for our orders, which is then re-used

  • Sterile technique treatments are performed on a clinically cleaned bed with no linen, to ensure a safe treatment and limit unnecessary washing and water waste
